Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before requesting a concrete estimate or hiring CC Concrete LLC for any project.

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by CC Concrete LLC ("we," "our," or "the Company") to homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients in Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas. By requesting an estimate, signing a project agreement, or hiring CC Concrete LLC, you agree to these terms.

Please read these terms carefully. If you have any questions before starting your project, contact us — we're happy to clarify anything.

1. Our Services

CC Concrete LLC provides residential and commercial concrete services in the Denver Metro area, including but not limited to:

  • Concrete driveway installation and replacement
  • Concrete patio installation, extensions, and remodels
  • Stamped and decorative concrete finishes
  • Garage floor installation and replacement
  • Sidewalk and walkway installation
  • Concrete stair installation and repair
  • Full concrete demolition and replacement

All work is performed by our trained crew under the supervision of Cesar, our founder and lead contractor, with over 14 years of experience serving Denver homeowners.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates provided by CC Concrete LLC are free, no-obligation, and based on an on-site assessment of your project. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Written estimates include labor, materials, demolition (if applicable), and haul-away
  • Final pricing may vary if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during work (e.g., buried utilities, unexpected soil conditions, or structural issues)
  • Any changes to the original scope of work will be discussed and approved by the client before proceeding
  • Verbal quotes are not binding — only written estimates signed by both parties constitute a project agreement
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing. If anything changes during your project, we will notify you immediately before any additional work or cost is incurred.

3. Payment Terms

CC Concrete LLC requires payment in accordance with the following terms:

  • Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your project date, as outlined in your written estimate
  • Final payment: Due upon project completion and client walkthrough approval
  • Accepted methods: Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards
  • Late payments: Accounts unpaid after 15 days of project completion may be subject to a late fee
Work will not begin until any required deposit is received. CC Concrete LLC reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on projects with outstanding balances.

4. Scheduling & Site Access

To ensure timely project completion, clients agree to the following:

  • Provide clear and safe access to the work area on the scheduled start date
  • Remove vehicles, equipment, or personal property from the work area prior to crew arrival
  • Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or obstacles not visible during the estimate
  • Ensure a responsible adult is available or reachable by phone during the project

CC Concrete LLC will provide advance notice of the scheduled start date. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Warranty

CC Concrete LLC stands behind our work. We provide a 1-year warranty on labor and workmanship for all completed projects, subject to the following conditions:

  • The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials applied by our crew
  • Normal concrete behavior — including minor hairline cracks from curing or seasonal expansion — is not covered under warranty
  • Warranty is void if damage results from misuse, deicing salt application, vehicle overload, or third-party modifications
  • Client must report warranty claims in writing within the warranty period
Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks over time due to Colorado's freeze-thaw climate. These are cosmetic and expected — they do not indicate structural failure or a workmanship defect.

6. Limitation of Liability

CC Concrete LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted project.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, landscaping, or structures adjacent to the work area
  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities — clients are responsible for locating and marking all underground lines prior to project start
  • Incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of the contracted work are excluded from our liability

CC Concrete LLC is licensed and insured in the state of Colorado. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

7. Project Changes & Cancellations

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties before proceeding. This includes additions, reductions, or modifications to the original project plan.

  • Change orders will be documented and priced separately from the original estimate
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full deposit refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before start may forfeit the deposit to cover scheduling and material costs
  • CC Concrete LLC reserves the right to cancel a project if site conditions are deemed unsafe

8. Weather & Delays

Concrete installation is weather-dependent. CC Concrete LLC will not pour concrete in conditions that compromise quality, including:

  • Temperatures below 40°F or above 90°F at time of pour
  • Rain, snow, or high winds during or immediately after the pour
  • Frozen or saturated ground conditions

Weather-related delays will be communicated as early as possible and rescheduled at no additional cost to the client. CC Concrete LLC is not liable for project delays caused by weather or other conditions beyond our control.

9. Permits & Local Codes

Most residential concrete replacement projects in Denver do not require a permit. However, certain projects — including new construction, work near public sidewalks, or projects exceeding certain dimensions — may require a permit from the City of Denver or local municipality.

  • It is the client's responsibility to verify permit requirements with their local municipality before work begins
  • CC Concrete LLC will advise on permit requirements based on our experience, but is not responsible for permit acquisition unless explicitly included in the written estimate
  • All work is performed to meet or exceed local building codes and industry standards

10. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. CC Concrete LLC is committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns promptly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

If you have a concern about your project, please contact us directly before pursuing any formal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly with a conversation.
